One of the most powerful cards is the Chase Sapphire Preferred Card. If you do a lot of business travel in which you are reimbursed you will find yourself building up miles in no time. You get 40,000 bonus points if you spend $3,000 in the first three months.
That is really easy if you are business traveler and its $500 in travel. You also receive 5,000 bonus points after you activate the card and make the purchase. The card gives you twice the points when you are traveling or dining at a restaurant.
You can also transfer your points over to miles with several different companies at a 1:1 ratio. This is a great card with a low annual fee of $95 and a large amount of rewards. The biggest advantage to this card is that it comes with a large amount of bonus points.
In our search to find the best card offers, we tried to find some off the radar card offers, and one of the recommendations we found was provided by Steven Moore, from Best Credit Cards, a comparison portal that help consumers find new offers.
Steven who has been covering the credit card markets since 2006 said “Barclay is making a big push into the credit card industry in the United Stated and consumers should look into some of their offers as their rewards and perks are on par or better than most mainstream card offers”.
We discovered that the Barclaycard Arrival Plus MasterCard is another great card. They offer 40,000 bonus miles after you spend $3,000 in the first 90 days. They also give you twice the miles on all purchases. One big advantage is that your miles will never expire and you can use the miles on whatever travel you want, including airfare, hotels, cruises, and more.
Every time you redeem your miles you get 10% of you miles back. If you do a lot of foreign traveling this card is useable in other countries with no additional fees. There is still an annual fee but it is a little lower than the Sapphire card at $89.
The Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Credit Car is a great card that is tied to Southwest Airlines. This one gives you 25,000 points initially for a single Roundtrip Flight after you spend $1,000 in the first 3 months. You also will receive 6,000 on the anniversary of you receiving the card.
