In our search to find the best card offers, we tried to find some off the radar card offers, and one of the recommendations we found was provided by Steven Moore, from Best Credit Cards, a comparison portal that help consumers find new offers.

Steven who has been covering the credit card markets since 2006 said “Barclay is making a big push into the credit card industry in the United Stated and consumers should look into some of their offers as their rewards and perks are on par or better than most mainstream card offers”.
